This is good news imo !

The deal is working its way to completion, cash deal so no pp to dilute shares, and it is financed I suspect through the 10mm capital commitment by gem. Now hopefully after cfo done selling this will start an upward trend with more nr adding value. This company has great potential imo and I like that they are different from the rest and caring out a niche for themselves. This market is certainly not just about growing and selling... Which they will do anyways.

A sigh of semi relief but long road ahead. Glta
