Absolutely..just remember this is a very illiquid stock. What I mean by that is the float is only 80M, there may not be buying pressure at a certain price. So lets say you load up like 5M shares at .0025, you will have a very difficult time selling those 5M shares when it reaches .03, or .05. This is when they might issue a dilution, opening the float for more shares.
