Had the same violations in the past and fixed the violation in a timely manner.

Partly true. According to DEP, some violations show they were resolved. Many do not.

Wells still Active.

Well, that may only mean that no one has the will or money to get them approved as inactive. See § 78.102. Criteria for approval of inactive status here:
http://www.pacode.com/secure/data/025/chapter78/chap78toc.html#78.102.
Oh, wait! You mean, once drilled, wells are active by default regardless of whether there's any oil or not???? Looks that way.

Oil has been produced in 6 wells last year even though it is miniscule.

LOLOLOLOLzzz. Sigh. I remember the Grand Projections of 2014-2015. PA Black Gold was supposed to make WOGI shareholders rich. It didn't. LOLagain.

The point is WOGI has pumped oil in Pennsylvania and still has active wells.

And yet, it sounds as though most of the Corse wells have been abandoned. As for "active," refer to the PA Code link above. And isn't this exactly why Pennsylvania has an estimated 200,000 abandoned wells that remain unplugged, posing health and safety hazards, BECAUSE BOTTOM DWELLING OPERATORS LIKE WOGI haven't plugged the wells that were going to make them rich but didn't??? Oh, I'm sorry. Does that hurt WOGI's feeling? Too bad. If the wells are abandoned as the inspections indicate, then PLUG them properly. Sheesh.

Lots of hardships with the current oil situation whether a huge Oil company worldwide or small companies setting up shop in Pennsylvania.

Hear that? No? That's because the last string on the world's smallest violin just broke.
