That's not the point. I don't anticipate any surprises at all. The point is it's an SEC requirement. I don't know what the repercussions would be if it doesn't get filed (and I'm sure it will eventually) and I don't know how long it can remain delinquent before some kind of action is taken by the SEC. All that aside.........we (the people who discuss this ticker on this board) know the 10K isn't going to tell us anything we don't already know. But other investors (probably the 90% that don't even look at this board) are probably (and wisely) not going to buy this stock until it's filed. Which means LOW volume and decreasing share price. There.....I'm DONE talking about the 10K. I hope everyone here gets a really nice check once they decide to sell. Good luck to you all. I think I'll just lurk for a while.
