Basically all HWAL has is--

1) A few, painfully slow loading websites that generate no traffic

2) A rented mail box posing as the address of HWAL's "corporate headquarters" inside a "Goin' Postal" franchise

3) A non-exclusive music license that's worthless unless you generate sales with it

4) A printing press with which to print shares

5) A virtually empty public shell with which to sell those shares.
