Jan-- Filing quarterly disclosure, Darnell announcing his grandiose "Soul of America/ Presidential Inaguration" project --postponed till Feb then vanished.

Feb-- Announcing Hollywall DNA-Net, "a superior digital distribution and verification system, which will be the heart of our business-to-business operations" and Hollywallmusic.com.. etc

Mar-- ASG announcing "Bordercross" would be represented at the Cannes Film Festival (announced 3/14/17)

All BS pumps.. pie-in-the-sky promises.
