You should try reading the Logicmark agreement....the company has to come up with a bunch of cash for the Logicmark principals....and they have two options...borrow the money or sell shares. The coming merger will be more of the same. The gross numbers look good on paper, but the net numbers aren't fantastic, and I do believe it'll be raining shares when it's time to pay the bonuses listed in the Logicmark agreement.
