Shareholders, right. At a discount though. Company issued 10-15 million shares (less than 10%), stock dropped 30%. Mathematically speaking, I'll take that deal any day.
Especially when their book value is less than their ownership stake in Duos.
I fully expect this to rise back up to 0.0150-0.0200 are in the next several weeks, especially if any positive news accompany 10q.
