I do realize this - and you do realize it also triggers day traders right.

Here is the real issue -- this time is only different with additional news. The RSI is way overbought.

In connection with the Purchase Agreement, we issued to Lincoln Park 5,540,550 shares of Common Stock and we are required to issue up to 5,540,550 additional shares of Common Stock pro rata as we require Lincoln Park to purchase our shares under the Purchase Agreement over the term of the agreement.

THAT is the UGLY and I'm not certain if LPC sold shares today or not??????-- The GOOD is the access to 40 Million - the BAD is more dilution.

Let us hope Nasrat timed this along with positive BE data or it is going to be a long few painful weeks!!!
