The company and its operations will be exactly the same regardless of the CUSIP number, name or symbol.

However, getting the new name and symbol out there can't possibly hurt. Here are some specific benefits:

--name and brand recognition

--makes it clear that we have an actual operating company, not some shell with a leftover name (Dolat)

--some companies anticipating a name/symbol change hold off on PRs until the change is complete, so the they can be found easily going forward and not buried under the old symbol

--it is just another piece of evidence that we have a real company, not a scam
