The process that Fasci and Heygi use is apparent and has been going on for a long time . Loans are given to pay Heygi's salary
and health benefits . The loan giving entities are given option to acquire stock at 1/3 it's present listing ,then sell this stock at a 150 to 200% profit over a very short period of time -thus an even greater profit on a yearly basis . The stock is NON REGISTERED and thus NOT under any agencies watchful eye or rules .
The sellers of the stock are not listed and can skirt insider rules
or exposure and dump the stock . The transfer agents are not MM's and can manipulate it ANY WAY THEY WANT at some hidden profit for them . Marco Heygi is the BS mouthpiece that has NO morals or scruples and has been willing to deceive and lie to continue the process going and carefully avoid legal exposure (maybe ???? )until
there are no shares left to work with (closing in on the 3 billion )
