My RSU's (when I was working) would automatically vest in the event of a buyout.

Perhaps, he wanted more shares since he now believes he can't sell for 8B only 5B. I don't know one CEO that isn't greedy. How do you think they got there?

It is what it is. Some keep crying about spilled milk and in the mean time the gallon they have on the table is going sour because they are fussing about the glass on the floor. Best to keep an eye on the future.
