They are talking about registered share capital on NV SOS, which happens to be 2 billion shares. The registered dollar amount is $ 7200. So to me the dollar sign on the website looks like a mistake. You said yourself the translation is bad sometimes. But if you believe it's a 2 billion dollar company, good luck with.
