Sorry for the long delay. I've been spending my weekend working at the request of my company so I haven't had the time I wanted to look into things more.

Per your questions my understanding is that the second paltalk which Mensah and Rufus were in was never released to be broadcast because the people who arranged it never got permission to do so.

This may or may not be related to the fact that Dr. Mensah was upset to discover that he was recorded the first time without his permission.

This has caused several people to doubt the validity of what happened. As soon as people were saying "Rufus is on Paltalk" he was gone and only Mensah was left. My guess is that 40 people tops heard him and I am not one of them.

I did read several statements from various web sites of people who claimed to have heard both. My impression was that they felt Dr Mensah was a scientist, not a business man and therefore did not fully understand (before) that his business had to reach a certain level of growth before funding would be forthcoming.

Rufus was purported to have said that everything was worked out and funding would be coming soon.

Now, to be fair and upfront with you and everyone else who has read this far when I called Dr. Mensah, before the second Paltalk, he made statements to me doubting that the funding was ever coming. He said he was still willing to make the deal or even a portion of the deal. He also directly told me that he was unaware that he had been recorded earlier and upset about it and made a comment about sending a memo to stop them from broadcasting the recording.

When I wrote about it the first time I was still grapling with "Did I really talk with Dr. Mensah?" And I focused my comments toward my doubts. Now I'm fairly confident I did talk with him.
