This is stalled because Costley has a reputation of lying and diluting heavily into any strength/volume. Once we see some more confirmations to back up the PR's and get official proof that the dilution has ended this will run.

I do believe it will run eventually, & once it starts it will have a snowball effect. When it happens though is anyone's guess.
