When ever an acquisition is done it's done with restricted shares unless there was a registration like an IPO or secondary offering which in this case neither has happened. So it was definitely done with restricted shares which means they can not be sold in the market. Even after a one year hold anyone holding more than 10% can only sell 1% of the total outstanding shares every rolling 90 days. This acquisition has no negative effect on share price today. The fact that company will be ten times bigger in one year than it was one year ago will more than make up for any additional shares issued for this acquisition.
