Good morning all. I'm not sure who this seller is that is intent on blocking the ask day after day, but I really hope that they actually want to sell them. I feel that some are counting on the fact that there hasn't been a lot of volume to continue to play games. As we are seeing, the business is executing at a high level. Jan has been putting in work and, as we can see from the lot reservations and the planting of the first crop, that work is paying off. Won't be long before these games will be ineffective. JMO.
