Question for you, as you seem to be the most reasonable and versed on buisness law here: Since TTCM has no employees (being astutely pointed out by some, see the multiple copy/paste jobs), and assuming the purchase was not made by a director, does a form 4 need to be filed? My thinking is that Mr. LaMountain (IR guy, reportedly an independent contractor) has the same rights of disclosure and protections as any other "lay" shareholder. Also consider that Mr. Lamountain only disseminates what is provided to him by the company, he does not have prior inside knowledge (I believe this is a fair assumption). TIA.
