What about the name change – schedule?
i hate to sound like a broken record but there is no schedule. FINRA tells the company what they need and the company follows their guidance to provide whatever they ask for. until that process is complete the change cannot be effected. the company continues to pursue the change...

What about a letter to the shaerholders to inform about the future?
the company has no concrete plan or policy about a formal letter but it is something i would like to see happen and believe will be part of the future of the company's communications initiatives

Everything on track, the shareprice is doing very bad and since weeks in the wrong direction - ideas?
i can only say that 1 - the share price is controlled by the market not the company and 2 - that the company is committed most of all to creating shareholder value by developing the underlying business. i recognize the value that communications plays and can only say that their communications platforms and policies continue to be developed (much like the business itself)
