I doubt there ever was a true asset owned by "our RCCH." Gene apparently used our money for his own lifestyle and travel (maybe for legal defenses) until his last act of dumping the remaining AS to Gendarme. The penny stock market is full of equally unscrupulous scammers taking advantage of people who scrapped together their extra funds for a chance at the "big returns" these scammers put forth as their business goals, Serious investors avoid these scams. It is the small "dreamers" these scammers hurt. There is no recourse for recovery.
