Yes, it certainly is as low as it can get.
That is why i threw $1k at it and picked up 5M shares.
Call me a masochist! I think I'm bored and need some entertainment from this stock.

I would not say it is undervalued. If one keeps issuing new shares and diluting the stock, the share price will go down. With the increased revenue can the CEO keep his hands off the stock share printing press? If he wants to see the share.price go up, create an incentive for investors. If the share price goes up, that attracts new investment in the company. Shareholders wants a return on "their" investment...not the return going in the pockets of the CEO.
