Amazon is on board for spending $600 million (in cash!) for PLUG GenDrives & the full GenKey package, which includes fueling stations, & servicing.
They sill have PLUG's GenKey installed & operating in in more & more of their materials handling operations.
Why would they not want to utilize this option to buy 23% of PLUG, and gain a seat on the Board, to over see such a large investment in critical area of their company?
Simple logic tell you that they will easily take this opportunity.
