surely this has to be strategic, right ?
and with how many phases

next, this cannot surely be a short bid ? ..more like
an effort to clear out the shorts ? to get the market
moving towards a proper evaluation ? via a kick-start..?

presuming it's genuine...and if he/she is testing the
fluidity as Moorea says...what are the next possible
steps ?..

the bid gets raised until the selling starts..? in small portions of shares ?

could this be a Houston two-step ??
