Perhaps someone who follows Avita can explain why the Common Stock [AVS] price on the ASX is AUS$0.089/Share (less than 9 cents per share) while the US OTC (F) is $1.44? The financials are available and this company has had multi-million dollar NOL's going back many years, with 2016 being the 2nd worst on record for them. Their employees and executives have un-exercised options @ .14/share and lower, with quantities in the millions of shares (yet un-exercised).

Have I misunderstood the situation? Am I looking at a different stock? Why would you pay $1.44 for a share that is currently trading at 9 cents in its native market?

Thanks.
