Ah, I see. So, OJ's pledging of MMC shares is (1) old news that had been publicly disclosed and (2) almost completely reversed as of November.

I wish I had known about this prior to my conversation with my contact. It might have helped me steer the conversation into areas that would have been more helpful with the investment case.
