Nope, they never closed on it. They were going to use the profits from the cbd deal with Folium to pay for it. But of course they tried to steal from Folium, got caught, got sued, lost the case, the crop was destroyed and they borrowed from the toxic funders to pay their salaries destroying the share price. But they do have one of the largest sod farms in Pueblo.
