That wasn't me, but call that a warning shot LOL. Someone got pissed that the 10-K wasn't filed. Like I said before I love this company and still 100 percent confident in it making me big money in a year (actually quicker now that sales are growing at an even faster exponential rate then I anticipated)! But why have they not submitted that 10-K? I know they submitted the nt 10-K stating it would be late with reasons why, but that was 4 weeks ago already. I seriously believe they will do so before Friday. If they don't it will be me bailing out on Friday afternoon around 3 to 4. Although my original thoughts were to dump all my shares, but I will only take out half if no 10-K by Friday at 3 pm.
Reason being is the exponential sales is great news, but the over 4 week late 10-K is not. And, Like I said before I only like to invest in companies that I am 100 percent confident in. I will throw that half back in on a dip after the 10-K shows up. Am I wrong to lose confidence in a company who can't fill out a 10-K form with 4 extra weeks, regardless of how short handed and busy they are? I really hope the 10-K shows up tomorrow, I want to continue my love affair with BIEI LOL
