I did not play ADSX (nor ISON) during their P&D phase, because to me these were "obvious P&D's, in the case of WAVX, it is no yet obvious that a P&D game is in progress, but I tend to see too much orchestration of events there not to be a P&D, almost as if the investors of the series H (4/30/03) were promised a bailing out scenario that will be quite promising and in a short time frame like less than three months or so.... I remember few years back "promising" people in the MU thread that MU will surely trade above a given price (I think it was $80 or so) because there were some converts (held by INTC and TXN) that needed to be converted to equity and forced conversion would occur (stock needed to be above $80 for 20 of 30 trading days or so) by an engineered move (the scenario I of MU). I also made a similar promise to MVIS holders at the time in which another conversion could be forced if the stock could be held above a given level for more than a certain period. The same picture emerges here, I don't like what I see technically and have a gut feel it was well orchestrated (a cluster of PR's followed by a planted businessweek piece etc.)
I have been wrong before but I am very careful with that one. It walk like a duck, it smells like a duck, maybe it is nothing but a massive P&D like the others.
