Pennsylvania has received over 500 applications for the 39 MMJ licenses available. Of the 39 licenses available only 12 are for growing. Each applicant had to pony up a $10,000.00 non refundable application fee plus a $200,000.00 permit fee that is refundable to the losers. The application expiry date was March 20th.
It will be interesting to see if NSAV is actually one of those applicants.
