I copy/pasted this to Terrence and got this email response:

That's some bogus claim from some dirt bag(Sal Ramos) that was trying to get funds from my ex wife. Her company was Jormay and he failed so he tried to go after KPV which was mine. Anybody can post anything online even if it's false. I wasted $4k trying to remove it. He spent some time in jail.
That's about the last thing you guys should be concerned with
