If I remember the mp3 that Rufus initially gave out over a month ago, (not saying that Rufus knows what he is talking about, nor that we interpreted him correctly), insiders could not trade their shares until the merger was complete...
Of course, that is what Rufus said... Rufus says a lot of things that don't necessarily come true..
