.0024 gone and CDEL puts 10k on the ASK under it so they can try and still load up @ .002. I don't think they are going to get their wish! The ask has literally nothing on it.

However, a little more volume is needed so this person can't keep selling 10k shares of their own account to try and load up.

.003+ would happen in a instant with a few decent whacks on the ASK.
