What a shame. This is one of the cheapest places to go in the motherload that you can cheaply stay while you prospect the Bear River. The camping fee was and still is only $4 a night. No potable water but there is a latrine, and firepits, and you are right on the river. Many go to the free prospecting on the bar about a quarter mile down the road. Been there, done that, good gold.
