It isnt unusual for at times the otc qoute source to show high ask prices as MM's sign in or out, level 2 currently is showing only 1 market maker ( MAXM ) with a quote, only 1 market maker total for GDSI at the moment, hopefully that changes if not thats not a good thing, but I suspect it will all change as the morning progresses

It's more odd that you couldnt place an order due to lack of shares, obviously you know how many shares you have and likely placed an order under the full amount, thats what is odd
