Every Mod on the TRTC board has asked the MOD in question to remove the red letters in the I-Box and he has refused.

Again, as others have told you, you have no idea what a MOD is... I know I wouldn't make allow you to be a MOD since you don't know what a MOD is supposed to do nor how the boards operate.
