Just got an email response regarding the resort if anyone would like to take a look. All I did was omit the part where he says my name in the greeting as I don't use my real name online.


The resort is owned by my wife alone. It was badly damaged in a 2014 winter storm. $ 2 million in damage, which the insurer refuses to pay. Lawsuit in progress. Also suing the bank for other issues. Not settled yet. The resort is only on 10 acres. We have other land in the if area NSAV decides to in the growing business, which I want. The Power Point is on Twitter.

CHIF has an agreement to buy the resort, subject to settling with the bank. NSAV has no part in the resort or any liability. Whatever happens, the resort will be torn down and a medical marijuana facility is the plan.
