Why I believe NEWC is a bad investment. First You will discover just how toxic this stock is as it is surrounded by felons. Likely that is the number one reason Malone resigned. Also notice the last 8k and if you research who are the principles of the corporations mentioned in this 8k you will also discover many people who are felons as well. The former CEO of the company and his father was caught in a FBI sting for stock manipulation and fraud. You will discover that Campo's employment contract is very lucrative for himself and is not tied into profit. He has given several excuses to stock holders on why they are so delinquent in their required sec filings. Everything from not paying auditors as agreed to losing or misplacing documents, to the 10k being completed and just in review by an attorney. Stockholders might never learn the truth here. Finally look at the ambiguous statements the CEO makes such as third party, relative or family member,consultant. In his filings. Nothing seems to ever be concrete. That is why I believe this company will soon become like so many other scams. It will become revoked in the very near future. I believe people should know all that facts not just the hype of broken promises of this CEO. Good luck and do your own DD. This is just my opinion.
