You would think so but nothing is guaranteed. Pretty hard to have a solid 30 years straight real estate market. One should expect ups and downs during that time period.

While Jan hasn't mentioned it yet, I would think there is some number in his mind that he would accept to get bought out of the project by a MUCH larger developer 5-10 years down the road.
