Could a form of an equity investor exist, for example; Say TXHD sold Primoh to ZipRecruiter for $5 million with TXHD providing free SMS text for 1st 2 years of website operation(for example only). TXHD and ZipRecruiter enter this deal without swapping dollars but work this as TXHD's spinoff based solely on establishing Primoh stock worth $5 million...distributed to existing TXHD shareholders. Now, not only are the shorters obligated to cover standard TXHD stock but with this scenario the TXHD stock is piggybacked with value of spinoff Primoh stock. Wouldn't ZipRecruiter qualify as a needed "equity investor" in this case and wouldn't the shorters be that much MORE SQUEEZED when they would be required to cover the coupled TXHD+Primoh spinoff shares?
