Currently, we are not able to maintain our existing operations through the existing cash balances and internally generated cash flows. Moreover, we have determined that our existing capital structure is not adequate to fund our planned growth. We intend to finance our growth by issuing additional common stock and through loans from our shareholders.

You telling me that the Doc with the really fly hat, doesn't get a salary?
