What part of "start small and work your way into it", do people not understand?
This project is ideal for starting small because its feasible with the grade it has. Half an ounce per ton average is rich ground. Even still, the vein is too small to open pit and tunneling is the only viable method available. Tunneling is a hell of a lot less expensive then open pit and the permitting is simple too. 60-80k to open the tunnel is pretty reasonable.
What is more, even though Dan and Greg may not think much of me, I actually like them. They are good people.
I've gotten two projects going in the past five years starting with nothing more then a shovel and gold pan. Now I am looking to start a third for sure this year and possibly a few more smaller ones. Best part is a friend is bringing in his auger drill and we already have a 10k commitment to get started. 40k more and we have enough to drill it out and make a better deal. We also have several options on what we can do with the project when its drilled or drilled out including a buyer lined up that will take it into development. This is a big one for me. Biggest ever so far and I expect to have results by this fall or fall of next year at the latest.
