At least the conversion price for most of the debt is at .002 That is what stock was valued at when the deal was struck. Most converted over that price and the rest could account for the increase in os. I think we are safe here unlike Ast@ who had a conversion price of .0125 Conversions there started a death spiral as more shares had to be issued to satisfy the price which accelerated dilution pushing the stock down even further If this rally's tomorrow imo any creditors who haven't converted will wait to do so above .002
