Could be. Not saying that something 'fishy" may not have transpired, as of right now, I have ZERO proof of that nor does anyone else. When I say PROOF, I'm not referring to theories or beliefs or what you THINK may have taken place. I can't call something a scam that i have NO PROOF of. The details haven't been released to the end result of the deal at this point except for the tweet stating that the the deal was finalized the way I read it. I don't know how you can DISPROVE what the man is saying at this point because you don't work there. You don't have access to those particulars in the company financials so, NO , IT HAS NOT BEEN PROVEN to be a scam at this point because you have NO P R O O F to back up the ALLEGATIONS that you keep making. I'm not saying your THEORIES may not turn out to be true at some point, but as of RIGHT NOW, NOBODY has any proof of the ALLEGATIONS you are making. Therefore I can't play this game with you any longer until you bring some H A R D P R O O F !
