If all of that proves to be true, no doubt in MY mind that he could and should be held legally as-well-as financially liable for any damages that may arise as a repercussion of anything he has said / implied or has done to "mislead" investors. It would be nothing but an attempt to commit fraud and manipulate stock value. In my opinion, iF these things prove to be true, whether investors benefited from the fraudulent statements or not, he would still be found liable for releasing false statements. It's stock manipulation either way it goes from the sounds of it, of course, people who benefited from it won't care. Look at all these other stocks who keep releasing "fake news" headlines to pump up value. I think it's a given in the penny stock industry after watching a lot of these companies lately. I see a WHOLE LOT of these pumpers popping up lately and most of them run for a few days, weeks, months and then they disappear into the night. There's several "Chinese" and "asian" ones working the rounds right now. There's one pumping an oil deal. They all appear to be short lived to me. They ran like crazy because of the pump boards and now they are dwindling in and out of the penny area back into the sub penny world where eventually they will disappear all-together, or they will resurface at some point only to run their scams again. IM NOT SAYING THIS COMPANY IS DOING THAT , I don't know but we do know there are a LOT of "shell companies" that go public and sometimes they make MILLIONS of dollars over and over just because of what they do, who they are involved with and how they promote themselves. Sometimes they are legit companies. Sometimes they are what I call "flipper companies" . They are legitamized by the Penny stock world, many times they are sold or "flipped" continually, bought out , a new company arises from the ashes and a year or two down the road, they do it again and again and again. It's ALL LEGAL. These companies make a LOT of money as we all know after following these sub penny -000 companies rise to the fame of the "PENNY STOCK WORLD" .. Once in a while they turn out to be LEGIT and blow up into something enormous. If DREAMLIFE IS LEGIT, IF this software and technology that they say they've developed TURNS OUT TO BE REAL, this one could be MAJOR in my opinion but that remains to be seen. What I just wrote is how I assess ALL penny stock companies. Some I know more than likely will turn out to be shells. Some I don't know and they STILL turn a profit. Some come out and fizzle away or never see the .000 world at all. When you get in with the right one at the right time, you can make more money in a matter of days and weeks than you can earn in a year. You get in with the wrong one, you can lose a few hundred bucks. The way I do my investing. I don't put ANY of my money into a company I have NO faith in. If I find a penny stock company that looks like it could rise and has SOME potential, I put a limited or small amount into and the ones I think have the "BEST" potential based on what I know, I put a "little" more into it. I'm not one of those people who invest 10 Grand in a penny stock company that I see coming from the .0001 range and running really fast in 2 months in the first place but in an instance where I see potential that I THINK i see right now from Dreamlife, I will invest what I feel safe with. As it moves down the road, I will put in more as I see more and more information and potential arise. PErsonally , right now, I think DREAMLIFE is going to be something "a little special" and it may be a little while up the road, but if nothing changes on what I "THINK I KNOW" at this point, this thing has potential written all over it.. SORRY IT GOT SO LONG!
