Well they couldnt just sell shares into the market.. they could do private offerings to investors but any shares sold would be restricted for 1 year per SEC rules and if they issued 100mil shares to current RAD owners for the merger those shares again would be restricted for 1 year.. really no matter how you slice it we are golden for atleast a year in that regard.. judging by that photo of our CEO the advanced discussions are going pretty damn good.. i expect a serious PR after this weekends show
