That's right....GIGL stated in there filings that there would be MASSIVE DILUTION and there was/is MASSIVE DILUTION.


Congratulations to the company for stating this ......oh well for common shareholders whom have been all but ANNIHILATED recently.


This is a prefect example of a DILUTED PIG.....no one wins but the company and the HIGHLY TOXIC DEATH SPIRAL NOTE HOLDERS,
