Anytime a company spokesman tells the shareholders they have no right ask questions about the company's decetive actions, or to know anything about the company's actions in general, finances, capital structure and general operating plans...It should be of no surprise to anyone that what they say will happen does not. Further more, I have to say LYJN's management is doing very well at promoting & selling shares, not jeans!
