The problem with Wyoming is it’s not an MJ friendly state. If the Feds decide to crack down on MJ businesses Wyoming is more likely to side with the Feds than Colorado, creating a problem for ONCI if they have holdings in the MJ sector.
Berman stated in several PR’s that there will be mergers or joint ventures with MJ companies. The purpose for the Joint-Venture equity/ownership stake in Digital Media Management & Consulting in itself was MJ related as stated in the Dec 9, 2016 PR.
I believe (may be wrong) ONCI’s Delaware domicile expires on June 4th, so I expect the switch to Colorado to occur before then. Also, I expect all mentioned in the March 27th PR to be complete prior to the Q2 release due June 15th.
