Wow! I sure hope you haven't been losing sleep over this stuff. Sounds like you're in major distress.

So, I'll humor you this one final time. Going forward, I will only answer honest questions, not ones that come with words shoved in my mouth that did not originate with me -- like the notion that I ever talked about 500 million issued shares. I only ever talked about 500 million authorized shares, which is accurate and factual. Beyond that, I speculated about the number of those 500 million that might be issued. Do you understand the terminology, and are we clear on these points?

I never said "a new low is expected this week". I speculated (there's that word again!) about what might happen in the wake of continued selling and lack of news. Same goes for reverse split. I never, ever declared "RS is coming" as if it were a news item. Reverse splits are common with companies that have huge floats and single-digit PPS. I am a bit concerned that you don't understand this stuff as an investor.

As for the company selling shares, what's truly "outrageous", as you say, is that you need an explanation of something that's a total no-brainer. They tell us every 10-Q that there is a need to sell shares to finance operations IN LIEU OF ACTUAL REVENUE. Again, this is very, very basic stuff. How else could the company be existing, accruing expenses as they go, without selling shares?

Have I covered everything? I will close by agreeing that getting "your research off the internet" is scary. But it's not nearly as scary as not doing any research.
