I can see some kind of share reduction likely, but exactly when/how, beats me. I am sure there are ways to reduce the SS without an RS and I am sure as I can be, Mr. Bishop has something up his sleeve concerning that subject. Think there's a big surprise coming in the future. A good one, at that. All IMO.

An "Optimist" builds the Airplane. A "Pessimist" makes the Parachute. A "Realist" rides in the Airplane, keeping the Parachute AND a stiff drink handy.
